What a maintenance agreement gives you

One point of contact

Report any job by WhatsApp, phone or email, ideally with a photo. No call centres, no chasing.

A reply the same working day

Every request is acknowledged the same working day, Monday to Saturday. Urgent jobs are prioritised: call us.

Written prices, your spending limit

Set a limit per job. Work up to it goes ahead without waiting for approval; anything above gets a written price first.

Photos and one monthly invoice

Before and after photos on every job, then one itemised invoice a month, listed by property address.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your properties and the work you usually need.
  2. We agree rates and your spending limit in writing.
  3. Report jobs by WhatsApp, phone or email whenever they come up.
  4. We do the work, send photos, and invoice once a month.

Request a maintenance agreement

Agreed up front, in writing

  • Rates per property type, either hourly or a fixed price per job.
  • No call-out charge.
  • Your approval limit per job.
  • One itemised invoice a month, with payment terms agreed at the start.

Questions landlords and agents ask

Do I need a large portfolio to use a maintenance agreement?

No. We work with landlords who have one rental property and agents who manage many. Tell us what you have and we agree rates and how you want jobs reported.

How do I report a repair?

Send a photo and a line on WhatsApp, or phone or email us. A photo lets us price and plan the job before we arrive.

How quickly will you reply?

Every request is acknowledged the same working day, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 7pm. Urgent jobs such as leaks or security problems are prioritised, so call us. We will always tell you honestly when we can attend.

Can I set a spending limit per job?

Yes. Agree a limit up front and work up to it can go ahead without waiting for your approval. Anything above it gets a written price first.

How does invoicing work?

One itemised invoice a month, listing each job by property address. Payment terms are agreed at the start.

Which areas do you cover?

Brighton and Hove, including BN1, BN2, BN3, BN41, BN42 and BN43.

Tell us about your properties
